Labour Outsourcing has emerged as a solution in employment which mostly creates permanent or longer-term, fixed contract employment based on the outsourcing period (usually between one or five years), and hired workers are put on the outsourcing service provider’s payroll.

The service provider is bound by the country’s labour legislation and is liable for terminating such employment in any unforeseen circumstances.

Balteum understanding and commitment is being responsible for the administrative management, including recruitment, remuneration, employee performance and development, employee relations, training, health and safety, separation management of the outsourced staff with an aim of ensuring that the Client’s business runs un-interrupted while they focus on their business and achieving their strategic objectives.
